I have used ACT Tree Felling for many years to prune my Bradford Pear trees which require extensive and detailed pruning every couple of years. I have found the work they have performed over the years to be outstanding and it has been done in a very professional and thorough manner. All the members of the teams that have done the work have been pleasant and friendly to deal with and have taken great care not to damage any other plants in my garden while doing the pruning. I recommend ACT Tree Felling most highly to anyone needing professional tree services.
The team that came to remove the trees were fantastic. They were very quick trimming the trees and even came to check if I wanted them to trim a tree that had not been quoted on as it was also overhanging the pathway. My only criticism is that the admin team could keep people better informed on the timeframe for the work. Updates, when they are going to go outside the quoted timeframe, would be a nice.
