Lovely racecourse and very helpful staff hence the 2 stars. If becoming a member avoid the Black Opal room as the experience is very poor. Other areas are more enjoyable.
Staff are very nice. Grounds and facilities are pretty good. It's a shame the female manager is a piece of work. One star for that.
This is such a wonderful place, the deciduous trees create a magnificent visual of changing seasons. The storyboards share the gems of this area's history. Plus there are three of the oldest oak trees of canberra which are magnificent. Beautiful place to bring dogs for off leash, where they actually run around, rather than the tiny little dog parks that are provided in canberra.
A great place to watch racing. Good facilities and great atmosphere.
Went to the book fair, big choice from adults to children books and music. Easy for parking.
It's a very nice place to visit and has lovely gardens
