For the average person who has little to no knowledge of the topic of security, Rhodium has so cleverly and practically organised a security system for us. This system included in smart trip wire technology which enabled us to receive accurate notification with no ongoing fees. If you are looking for a proper Security system I recommend Rhodium Security.

Like everyone else here, we also received fantastic service from Sarge and his team. We got both an alarm and CCTV fitted and honestly we couldn't be happier. I spent literally weeks investigating and studying options and received many quotes from various other so called '5 star' rated companies- but none could match the combination of Rhodium's competitive pricing and and far superior customer service. Whilst other companies told us certain components couldn't be installed in locations we hoped for (I realise now they were simply lazy to actually investigate it properly), Sarge went up and beyond to give everything a go and he made it happen. The entire installation is super neat and everything was placed where we hoped things would reside. Another area that Rhodium was far ahead of the other competitors from my initial investigation was the length of warranty. The same Bosch alarm and components, same brand/model numbers of cameras etc and I found other companies skimping on the warranty terms or including all these disclaimers in their quotation. Some competitors were offering up to 70% less warranty than Rhodium. I don't understand that. We had a teething issue with the Bosch alarm in that the app wouldn't register a new user (an IT issue with Bosch not Rhodium) and Sarge was on their back to get this sorted and came over as soon as it was done to get it working on our phones. Sarge is very laid back and very easy to deal with. His business ethics, reliability, excellent customer service and competitive pricing is why we have absolutely no issue in highly recommending Rhodium to all our friends and family.
