This place is great & the the people that work here are phenomenal. Absolutely top notch customer service! I didn’t realised they were closing early for good Friday & got there less than 1minute before close. They kindly allowed me in regardless & even moved around the things stored in the lanes for closing so that I could navigate easily. One of the young girls (didn’t catch her name I’m afraid - she had brown hair in a ponytail if that helps) assisted me. She asked questions to narrow down exactly what I was after & showed me a range of items. She understood exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately my budget was a bit tight so I asked about any cheaper version, she called over someone with more expertise to assist; a lovely older lady who I believe was named Tracy(?) for her expertise and Tracy(?) recommended the exact item I’d been looking at & then proceeded to give me an *amazing* discount on the item so I could actually afford to purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the service, knowledge and kindness shown to me, it’s people like them that make you come back time & time again - they definitely deserve a raise! Thank you for making it a fantastic experience ladies! You’ll definitely see me again

Called the store in advance while in Warrnambool to make sure they had gold pans. The phone rung out however I received a call back. The older guy on the phone (possibly the owner) was lovely and told us they had in stock what we were looking for. Upon driving half an hour to come in, we didn't get a hello from the younger staff and didn't receive any offering of assistance in what we were looking for. We had to help ourselves. The phones were ringing flat out and we're being ignored. A little underwhelmed by the service we received, but in saying this we got what we needed and ended up finding gold.
So much more than a camping store.
It's the place where my girlfriend buys my Christmas presents so it must be great. I had to wait outside. (Don't know what she got yet.)
I used to work here when it was Cassidy's furniture place, delivering and installing all sorts of homewares. I got a groinal hernia moving a washing machine and my love life has never been the same. 5 stars because I don't work there any more. Also because of their range of spray cans that I used to draw a cool minecraft mural on the side of a KFC in Warnambool.

Love going to there stores. So many different items in store for everyone. Items for home, camping, fishing, clothes and a variety of gift items.
What an aclectic mix of anything and everything you need to go camping, mowing, sitting, relaxing, fishing and repairing and everything in between. A great store to get lost in with friendly, helpful staff.
