I contacted Shaz to help me customise an apron as a gift. Despite the busy period and late drop off on Christmas Eve, he was able to customise the apron to my specifics by Christmas morning! Very quick and professional service, highly recommend.

Shaz is great at what he does and very flexible with personal request, specially if you already had something in mind. For this type of service you always need to work with more than one order to really find the sweet spot and menswear enthusiasts would understand that. My first suit was not perfect with the fit as I wanted high waisted trousers and a lightweight jacket, but Shaz was great in getting alterations done. I then order 4 more pairs of trousers and got the right fit. After over 6 months I went back to order a jacket to make a full suit and I left a jacket that I owned so that I can get the perfect fit, Shaz was great in accomodating this request and finding the fabric to match with the pants that I order over a year ago. Now I’m ordering a second pair of trousers from my first suit as I really like the fabric. Shaz was quick to keep aside the fabric so that I’ll return later in a few weeks to complete my order. I’m busy at work Monday to Friday but Shaz always finds time to allocate to my special requests. My only recommendation is to understand that this is a garment that is made from scratch with your measurements and it does take time average 4-5 weeks, let the guys do their job and I’m sure you’ll be happy with the results. Unfortunately would not recommend this place .I had 4 groomsmen suits made and my own suit altered. The suits took a while to come and when they did the quality was nothing to be impressed with. The lengths of several of the pants and fit of the jackets weren't even close to what you would expect from a tailored suit. This required further alterations which took more time and even on second alteration was not satisfactory. Due to how long they took to be made we didn't have enough time for a third alteration. The vest that I got made also came in at completely the wrong colour. it was remade into the correct one which took another week. The fit was poor and the v neck was way too high compared to the design initially shown to me, to the point you can barely see any tie when worn, the lining of the interior was also clearly reused from disregarded fabric in China with bank of china symbols all over it. Again due to the delays I didn't have the time to get any further alteration and the customer service I received was not exactly inspiring. I was told there might be further cost to alterations but wouldn't be told exactly how much or whether it was even possible until I went into the store at which point I deemed it not worth the effort and got it altered elsewhere.
