Go there for a laugh it like a bunch of homer Simpson's all working against each other. Website never works and they dont return messages. Makes me wonder about starting a business if things can work in this condition what do i have to loose? On the good side their stuff is cheap.

POOR SERVICE!! NONE ARE ANSWERING THE PHONE AND NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO EMAILS. DEAL WITH OTHER SUPPLIERS NOT WITH THIS COMPANY!! WHOEVER THE OWNER OF LUXCO ENERGY, CHANGE ALL YOUR SALES TEAM/ORDERS TEAM ALL OF THEM ARE USELESS!!!!
