Brilliant service. I wanted a non-standard size, and Frencham Cypress went out of their way to help. They solved the problem with some lateral thinking, and their attention to detail was second to none. This is a friendly, efficient, reliable company with great product knowledge and a real desire to get things right for the customer. Communication was excellent. The order was prepared quickly, and delivered to me the same day that it was ready. Well done guys. I'm very happy!

After calling and visiting multiple major hardware chains searching for a product and being greeted by grumpy, unhelpful people, who acted like I was asking them to cut their arm off, I stumbled upon Frenchen cypress. Wow what a difference! Happy, friendly, professional and actually able to help!! Price was actually cheaper than a Melbourne based competitor too!
