Would give no stars if able, salesman after numerous calls never called back, never signed contract and came home to find solar on roof. Now trying to get after care for the solar to find they have shut down. So much for the warranty

I got a lot of quotes for my solar & Lumax were by far the most informative. They did a great job and we have been saving over 400 a month. We ended up going for the high quality system which was a bit more expensive but great quality, definitely worth it.
Finally got my Solar sorted out with Lumax, after weeks of deliberation and trying to understand what I would benefit most from given my Electricity bill. From the first point of contact they were listening to me and ensuring my needs were met, they didn't try to force me into anything i didn't want. I made an appointment with the advisor Mark who answered all of my 1 million questions and explained everything in a way someone who isn't a solar technician can understand. The installation was also very easy, I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process by Lucy who was super polite and helpful. 5* service and I will 100% be recommending to my friends when they ask me how my electricity bill is so low.
Took a long time to get someone to come out when i lodged issue but they were efficient and helpful once they acknowledged the issue and it does seem to be solved.
