Great range and quiet store. Staff can help you with what you need and they always have tape measure handy. Make sure you're out of there by 3 on week days or you'll be stuck with all the local nearby workers trying to get out.
Very disappointed with the lack of back up and service on a faulty Riccardo suitcase. Recommend people think twice about Riccardo and shop somewhere that are prepared to stand by their product. Definitely NOT a seamless travel experience!!
Not too sure what the above reviewer is talking about, as my partner and I visited the store last week and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The store looks a lot better than when I visited it a couple of years ago.
Buyers beware !!!! this used to be a good shop until the new owners took over , terrible customer service . avoid at all cost . spend your money with people that appreciate your repeat business and not burn you for a quick buck
