Came to the shop a few days ago but it was closed with a mobile number on the glass. Contacted the number and asked Ricky for a specific bag (American Tourist) carry-on, which was unfortunately not in stock but I ordered online and it was promptly delivered. The bag itself is great, sturdy and lightweight. Very happy with my entire experience :)
