I took my dog there for the first time unfortunately I forgot to take my vaccination papers but luckily the lady Janita was super lovely and helpful she called the vet to check my vaccinations where up to date. When I picked my dog up she was clean and very well looked after. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

Out cat always comes back well fed, calm and happy. We leave him for short stays as well as for a couple of weeks at a time and cant recommend highly enough.
Booked my German Shepard in for school holidays 8 months in advance. Spoke to Allan all seemed good. Rang 2 days later for confirmation spoke to Janetta she seemed very unhappy about the booking telling us that they don't normally take German Shepards they don't know and she was not willing to give anything in writing to say the date was booked, even though I offered to pay a deposit (generally not a nice person to deal with). Not ideal if you are planning and paying for a holiday. Why do they even have prices for medium and large dogs, I don't know. Went to a different kennel that had no problem confirming our booking in writing.
Staff professional, our dog happy to get out to stay and partied out when we pick her up. Highly recommended
