Yesterday I had the privilege to meet Blake, the young man serving at Lowes, Bateau Bay. Blake was not only helpful, but courteous and polite. I also work in the customer service area and when I see young people like Blake I want to thank them. Blake you made my morning so much better just by your positive attitude.

A Big Thank you to Bleake, Saleperson who was king enough to exchange to a lower size t/shirt for which was a birthday Present for the 9th December. Not only did blake look for another colour and foun it but put it adde fro me for pick up and exchanged. Good old fashion service, well done Lowes Bateau bay N.S.W..
