Been to Toowoomba store yesterday and today to get daughter's ears pierced. Was told no yesterday because the lady wasn't confident to do it so come back today, get there today and they tell me no because someone called in sick. Not my problem! Twice now i've been in and told no. Don't advertise no need to book appointments if you can't honour it. How bloody hard is it!? I'm a beautician and pierce ears so I know it's easy. (Only reason I don't do it myself is I don't own the gun..) Honestly. What a joke. Could have booked with other businesses if I'd known it was to hard for them to do!! Won't be back!

Walked pass here on the weekend. Clear disregard for their own Covid safe plan. There were clearly more than 13 customers in the store at one time.

Hi I am extremely happy with the service I received from Takia. She went out of her way to search for the particular pair of earrings I was looking for and when we couldn’t fine them she took my phone number and name. I left the store and after 5 minutes she rang me and had found the earrings I wanted. I am really happy with the service I received today and hope her Supervisor is aware of how good she is.
