After paying in full for bed and lounge Bed delivered in two weeks had to put together myself big job when it was queen base and mattress very heavy Then waited almost 6months for lounge Rang and asked about refund as sick of waiting told I would lose a lot of money if I did get refund? Then after calling again told oh we found one like you ordered in warehouse ( didn't they look before phone call ).Well lounge then can within days Yep 4 big boxes dumped in lounge room told that would have to put together our self great after being told it would be done on delivery husbands blind and I had hard time getting it done also Slugged 70 for each delivery Thanks for that Will never buy from lounges plus again

Very helpful and very knowledgeable. These guys have great range of lounges and other stuff. And prices are very good. We were interested in the Australian-made lounges that gave us a big range of fabrics and other options to choose from. The staff member who served us was really great and spent a lot of time explaining all our choices. Unlike other stores there was no pushy salespeople trying to force you to buy something and we finally settled on a really nice Australian-made setting. Looking forward to getting it soon.
