So disappointed. Took delivery of new lounges. Wrong recliner mechanism- had to send it back to be refitted. Will keep you posted as to result. More disappointment. The lounge came back, but now they have raised the whole lounge - my feet no longer touch the floor, and the two lounges are consequently different heights. Will keep you posted. Final instalment - they offered to cut some off each leg of the higher lounge! And now you're saying that we never did business with you!!!
After searching all the big name furniture stores looking for a lounge suite my wife and I visited this store on 16 Dec 2019 and met Josh. He was the only salesman of all the places we visited that actually took the time to query our requirements to better understand our needs. He then made some suggestions which was much appreciated. That day we paid our deposit for our lounge which had to be made. Josh promised delivery on 27 Dec. It arrived on that date! We are extremely happy customers and have no hesitation in recommending Lounges and Sofas in the Hills.
We have bought 2 recliners and 2 small lounge chairs over the past couple of years and we have been extremely happy with them all. The service given is friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable. The fabric used is top quality and they have a large range of colours to choose from. We needed some advice and this was also extremely good. I have made two separate purchases from Hills Lounge and Sofa. On both occasions I found the sales people to be very helpful. They listen to my requirements and make sensible suggestions. Their workmanship is of a high standard. Great quality for reasonable cost from a local manufacturer. I will always go to Hills Lounge and Sofa first if I'm looking for a lounge suite.
We bought a custom made lounge as well as a bedroom suite. Ray and the team are so knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. It was fantastic to have our couch made exactly as we wanted and to have the finished product exceed our expectations. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend them.
