Lounge Lovers are an awesome company to deal with! They are super professional, great prices and totally kept us in the loop re expected delivery and On day of arrival even sent a text to say they were 30 minutes away! Arrived right on their estimated time and brought our goods into our home by two great guys.Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I just moved into my own apartment and had a specific style in mind for my living room. I needed a sofa, had to be blue velvet, big enough to lay on, comfortable and not exorbitantly priced. After a lot of googling I found Lounge Lovers. I went to the Brisbane showroom, the pieces were competitively priced and Lounge lovers had a good range of designs, plus the ability to choose fabrics. My blue velvet harriet 3 seater sofa was delivered yesterday, within 2 weeks of purchase. The lead time on almost every other sofa I liked was mid to late October so 2 weeks was very reasonable. The delivery team were friendly, communicated well and even called beforehand to let me know a more specific time frame for their arrival. Lounge lovers were great from start to finish and my new apartment is almost complete! I would buy again without hesitation
Being first home buyers we were delighted to work with Lyn to find amazing furniture to suit our new home. She was helpful and not pushy to sell furniture and gave helpful advise. After buying our lounge and dinner table we ended up calling her and ordering dinner chairs to match the table as there were no better for even double the price.
The delivery service was fantastic! I received prior notification of my allocated time slot and also access to a tracking app so I knew exactly when they would arrive. The installation team were great- seamless process! Highly recommended
Placed an order and delivery was pushed back a week which was fine. Once the table was delivered it was cracked in half. Spent 30 minutes on hold and was then promised the table would be picked/ replaced in 5 days. Received a text message the following day stating my replacement would not be delivered for another 3.5 weeks. Spent another 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund to be told a refund would not be available until the table was replaced in 3.5 weeks. Was the first and last time I purchase from LL.
The customer service I received from Lounge Lovers has been exceptional. I purchased on line and unfortunately the first couch I ordered didn’t fit up the stairs. Steve was incredibly helpful with organising a replacement couch which has just been successfully delivered. The couch is so comfortable and I am extremely happy. Couldn’t recommend Lounge Lovers highly enough.
The store had a very large range of reasonably priced furniture on display and we were happy to find a couple of things that we wanted. One of these was the Tokyo coffee table which we bought at the time. Delivery was arranged for a convenient date and we were kept informed of estimated delivery time within the 3-hour window. The sales staff were friendly and efficient, as were the delivery guys who arrived when they said they would. We will be returning to the store for some other items.
tl;dr if you don’t need your furniture delivered in time this is the place to go!Terrible Service! We ordered on 8 November, a couch, a dining table 4 chairs, a coffee table and a tv unit... It was supposed to be delivered mid january. Due to some delays - maybe covid related - the delivery date qas pushed to end of March - already 4 month without any enough excuses and arrangements. Last week, we received a message to tell us that it was again postponed to the 17 of April. We called and managed to get the dining table and the tv unit delivered today. However, when they setup the table they realised the legs were bent and it was to not possible to assemble it. The delivery people told us it is better to reorganise a delivery for the spare table legs. Spare legs are scheduled for delivery in 2 weeks time!!This is not acceptable! Nothing no excuse, no discount and still waiting for our furnitures!
