Very negative experience. Dishonesty and impoliteness. After two months waiting, I received faulty goods, warranty claim was rejected and no promised item was given. Have to report to fair trading. Do not recommend at all, I regret to order from them seriously, ordered two set, both had defects.

The entire team, specifically our sales representative Benjamin, were fantastic! He was very patient with us and the team were extremely tolerant of our 5 year old (kids friendly staff ). He took great care to answer all our questions and provided all the information we needed to inform our purchase decision. The long delivery delay works for us because we are currently building.
