These guys did an amazing job on our kitchen within the time frame they promised. Service very friendly and helpful. Really happy we chose Lotus. Keep up the brilliant work guys :)

I have been in the building industry for 45 years and have never struck a company like this. The owner Mohamed is abusive and has no idea what customer service is. He demands payment before work completed which thankfully I didn't make. When he finally said he finished job he demanded payment without the owner or myself having the opportunity to inspect ( which we were going to do the following day) This was not good enough so he entered the yet to be finished house illegally and removed all of the doors and drawers as well as stealing 2 vanity basins and kitchen sink that did not belong to him. This is now in the hands of the Police. To add insult I have have numerous text messages threatening me personally. NEVER EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID, DON'T USE THEM!!! I thought I was just giving a new contractor a go big mistake!!!
Don't patronise this company. They owner hires staff on a trial basis but doesn't compensate them for their time. Rude and arrogant also.
