Received an estimate over the phone for the job required when I arrived to pick up my car they charged several hundred dollars more than quoted. Hardly what I would call ethical not a happy customer will never use them again!!

Booked in on an urgent request to replace the window regulator on my car and the job was done as soon as the part arrived, and the drivers window works like a dream again ! Total bill was under the original quote, and Monica is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Many thanks to the whole team for all their help!

BAD, BAD, BAD. Don't trust, liars, scammers. My alternator needed a new clutch pulley so I took it in for a "clean and inspect" and price a new pulley. They did not clean, pulled it apart and through it in a box, said regulator was worn (it was almost brand new), said bearings were worn (they were faultless too. Quoted 850 to repair, they knew how desperately I needed it going at the time and tried to take advantage of that.I ended up buying a pulley elsewhere, total repair cost 75. They also forgot to give all the parts back so I had to go there again, luckily they found it. Go somewhere else
