Suuuuuuper good dumplings, best I've ever had! They're gosh darn mouth watering and I wish I could go there all the time! Wonderful food, I love it!

Super good dumplings, they're amazing and the drinks are really good! Dumplings are so high quality you don't even need the soy sauce!

I was not impressed with the stupidity of insisting on a minimum spend using EFTPOS. I just spent 5.50 and paid using EFTPOS. I immediately realised I needed a bottle of water so before I even picked up my purchase asked for one. The girl who was still serving me then insisted I needed to spend 5. I was shocked and pointed out that I had just spent 5.50. She insisted and then admitted if I spent less there would be a surcharge. No insight into customer service. On principle I will NEVER GO BACK. Rorting the system never goes down well with me and stupid adherence to rules is bad customer service and consequently bad business practice.

Visited today to try the Banh Mi - before taking a bite, I noticed some spots on the chilli. Upon looking further, I realised it was mould! I brought it up to the counter to let the staff know, and they insisted that it wasn't mould, it was just lemongrass. And then they insisted that I must be talking about the seeds of the chilli. I pointed out the fluffy white and green spots on the outside of the chilli, and they still insisted that it could not be mould because their ingredients were fresh. I thanked them for their time, and said I would not be eating it today, and promptly threw it in the bin. I don't normally post negative reviews, but in the interests of health and safety, do not eat at this establishment. (Also, I took photos if anyone requires further proof)
