Modern Japanese restaurant... everyone speaking mandarin.. just call it sushi train and ill be happy.. venues nice food was fresh and very nice well presented!! unlimited ginger is a bonus!! price for drinks is a bit high though...

Went here recently and the food definitely tastes better than it used to. I avoided the place for a while but now their sushi is great!! Tried their Cheetoh sushi and I was pleasantly surprised that it oddly tastes like Cheetohs. Also their salt and pepper squid was super soft to eat Only thing that was a bit off-putting was that there were these guests talking super loudly in another language to the Sushi Chefs for quite a long time \u200d️

Beautiful fresh food and friendly and welcoming staff. Cleanliness was second to none. Deserts were amazing including mars bar cheesecake and deep fried icecream!! Sake available to those who like it too. Worth a visit .

We are regular customers at this sushi restaurant and we are always treated well and love the sushi, but tonight, my husband and I, along with our son, two daughters and my daughters friends came in for sushi before bowling, to celebrate my daughters tenth birthday. We were all really happy and in good spirits. We were seated and I asked a young lady who was cleaning tables or something for some table water - politely.. she seemed a little bothered, but she brought over a bottle for the seven of us and when my husband asked if we could have another, she rolled her eyes! He said “I’m sorry, it’s just there is seven of us.. I was only asking for another table water” Well oh my god.. her reaction was shocking! She turned at us, her face all twisted with anger and yelled at him “I don’t care! I don’t care!” We were all so horrified. Two other staff members quietly apologised to us for her behaviour, but it was as if they too, were afraid of her. She was probably in her twenties, Asian appearance and bright red lipstick. She had the angriest face and she was really, really awful!!! I do hope she doesn’t last long.. because we will be avoiding sushi there now, which is a shame.. bad service just turns you right off. Thanks for making my daughters bday less enjoyable. Thank god for the great staff at zone bowling afterward! They made the night so much better!

Very disappointing food is average terrible service unorganised..been here 3 times but never go back again have two terrible staff 1 Lady and 1 male.this lady when u call her.her answer is wait wait and having a conversation to the other staff and speak their language and not English its very rude thou..the way she's talking to the customers is very rude full of excuses and story cannot straight to the point..worst sushi place ever..owner need to train their staff to treat their Costumer better. never recommended to everyone

The receptionist/cashier on 30/1/2021 rudest person I've ever met. I paid early after my daughters had already pulled off six plates off the train. Prior to entering the quiet establishment with no other customers in queue I was asked to check in with one method of qr code only. I don't have the app on my phone. I was reading the instructions that I was directed to when I was told to sit down at a table after hovering at the check in point for 30seconds. Shortly after seating (1 minute) and my daughters hoeing in, the staff member asked "You check in yet". I felt embarrassed but continued through the process of checking in and left. All in all we were there for 6-8mins my total time being rushed into their method of checking in. I would hate to be over 50 yo and run into this staff member. A pen and paper could have not made this the worst dining experience in my life so far. I'm 32yo and at least knew what she was asking me to do but basically I don't use QR. I should have turned around at the door.

Usually pretty good. Mildly upset right now though because I asked for less pearls in my bubble tea and my bubble tea is more than half full with pearls. Very disappointing.

Amazing customer servise, great people. A uber driver ruined my order spilt everything and ordered again two days later they put a note in for me saying sorry and i got my food again. Never had a problem would recommend.
