Andrew always showed up on time. He came quickly identified the reason for the fault of our ice maker. We understand that this is not a common model so very happy that they managed to get a genuine part for us. Though the part took sometime to arrive but the fact that they managed to order a genuine Smeg part and installed it with a reasonable price, we are very pleased. Recommended thank you.

Right from the initial phone call, Always Prompt were fantastic! Andrew arrived at the start of the time frame window given, plus he sent a text first so we were well prepared. He listened to what the issues were and was quick to solve the problem. Our issue was rectified within half an hour which was great, and he was polite and left the area clean and tidy. Will definitely use Always Prompt again if needed!

Andrew arrived early (after checking that was ok), very professional, checked our requirements and installed our replacement ceiling fans very efficiently. He was courteous and made a useful recommendation when leaving. The old fans were dismantled and left in a tidy and neat condition.
