I bought a rug from here. When I went home, it did not fit, so I went back to their shop next day to change it to the right size, but they flatly refused and the guy spoke very rudely. Do not buy anything from here, once you have paid and gone from there and you come back just after 1 min they will refuse to exchange the item , if you are going to buy something from here don’t buy.. just go to any other shop.. don’t waste your time and money.. these people Don’t know anything about customer service.

Highly recommend this place!! Any type of rug that you can think of these guys have it. They have magazines from their producers where you can browse, choose and get them ordered - which is what we did. It was a new design; thick turkish made rug, great quality, 3D design and very detailed. Small shop but great service - If you can't find what you are looking for, just ask! Or if you have a photo of what you want, show them! I did this and they had what I was looking for, but I order an even better one! Thanks boys, love my rug - wish you more business in future.
