Toyota Service department is very professional. They are thorough and efficient and staff are well trained and pleasant to deal with. The comfortable upstairs waiting lounge is a bonus. Prices are fair and reasonable. Recommended.

18/12/2020 Great Saleman, Good service be the saleman and friendly people around the office. Price on car 14,888. After asking the saleman for the best price; he spoke to his manager and was told; the car was incorrectly priced. Should have been 20, 000. Should the manager honoured the price on the car to me or increased the price, to 20,000? Original price removed, before I left the office.

As a positive, your customer service was good in terms of manner towards customers. However, I am a bit displeased with the price I paid . They did give free tinted windows, boot liner, paint , but the demo car I brought was a little bit more expensive than the new car. I was charged for 12 registration for my car, but it only came with about 10 months registration. I was told the car had 500km on the clock, but the sales person rung me to say that it has about 2500km on the clock because he was reading the trip meter. They did offer 500 off to make up for it, but I still worry that was not enough come trade time. If I go over my km allowance I think I get charged an extra 6.2 cents per km. They gave me a good interest rate.

In there this morning, sales staff were more interested in talking to each other, than assisting. Then when they were approached, they offerred almost no assistance. I'll go where my business feels appreciated.
