I had to wait 20 mins to be let in the store despite the opening hours being listed. The shop assistant was mediating. That's fine but should have been done in her own time not mine. When I finally got inside the product I wanted cost twice as much as other outlets. Very disappointing.

Great range of products, staff is very knowledgeable about crystal properties, Star signs and spirituality in general. you can also find a Palmistry here which is very insightful and interesting. I definitely recommend it.

As there is no email and your phone number doesn’t work I am going to paste my complaint here. came into your lovely store yesterday for a browse, ended up being convinced to do a reading. I asked how much it was and she said it was 60. I agreed and went in. Firstly, this reading was not a reading but more a counseling session, and suffering from mental illness a really horrible one at that. I did not go in for advice on how to “not be so masculine” (which I am so offended by) or to “stop being so mean”. I am honestly really upset and can’t stop thinking about this. After the horrible reading I then got charged 80 without my consent at first. I know it is only 20 more but to throw that in after I didn’t even want to pay the 60. I would like a refund of this service. Please let me know when you will be returning the 80 and I will send my bank details.
