We had plantation shutters installed with Wynstan Liverpool today, and we are so thrilled with how they've turned out, they look amazing! From the very start, it was a pleasure to deal with Joe who was helpful, listened to our needs, and advised us on the right product. But installation was definitely the highlight of the whole experience - from the moment Ronald called us to set up a time, to installation day, he has been an absolute joy to work with, and his work was perfect. The care and understanding he showed was outstanding, and he is a true asset to the company. We would not use anyone else, and would not hesitate to recommend Wynstan, especially Joe and Ronald! Wynstan Blinds have been fantastic throughout our current process of searching for blinds. Pam has been helpful but in particular it has been Joe Zammit who has been the driving force behind our wonderful experience. Never having the need to purchase blinds, Joe has made our experience so positive and no question was too silly or request too difficult. Especially in these uncertain times and dealing with people remotely, you need to put in more effort to provide customer service virtually and Joe has gone above and beyond. Not to mention he having to orchestrate and coordinate quotes for 106 units in our new complex. Thank you for your efforts Joe. I truly hope you continue to provide the excellent service and you are recognised for this.
Purchased a crimsafe security screen door just under a year ago. Noticed some rattling noise inside frame due to some defective lock mechanism and was taken out for repair as part of the warranty service. The serviceman created some new holes on the side rail due to screw adjustments. Was assured that side rail will be replaced as it was taken back to the factory. Waited for a week and was re-installed and the problem was still there. It wasn’t even checked and side rail was never replaced. Now they Insisted that nothing was wrong with the product when in fact that issue was never there before when it was installed brand new. This company doesn’t honour warranty. Lucky I didn’t get them for my windows and sliding door crimsafe security screens. Avoid dealing with them.
They closed the Granville office down, so the Liverpool office was sent my enquiry. My bath tub was chipped on the day of installation, of my blinds and they covered it up with paint. They had to stand on the bath tub to install the shutters. Rotten.

All our windows are skylights and we had many quotes from different companies but Wynstan Blinds was the only company to find a solution for our windows when everyone else said no the job is too hard. Wynstan Blinds made it work and the look fabulous. Grant the installer, I have never experienced a tradesman who actually double checked with me on how I liked the frames before a screw was drilled. Not too mention he was actually on time and cleaned up all the mess a vacuumed the floors. Grant did a fabulous job and the blinds are so much better than we even expected. This is the second time I’ve gone with Wynstan in Liverpool. Such great service. Joe is such a lovely guy who provides excellent quote service. The guys who completed the install were on time, polite, quick; did an amazing job and cleaned up. A great product, great service. Will use again! Highly recommend.
