I have tasted sweets from all over Sydney, and Liverpool Sweets surpasses all. I am of Fijian Indian background and our traditional sweets are different and I have never been able to enjoy sweets from stores. But the sweets at Liverpool Sweets are above 5 star, they are so well balanced and don't leave an extreme sugary taste in your mouth. My favourite sweets are jalebi, perra and suji ladoo. Their jalebi is out of this world - it is crunchy and the syrup is just perfect, the taste is just incredible. My family and I have been eating their sweets for so many years now. The owners are very friendly and very respectful and the new shop they have in Liverpool is a bonus. Location is convenient and so well decorated and inviting and very clean. I love their designer boxes too, and the option to buy online makes ordering so so easy. All in all, I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy sweets for any occasion... you will never be disappointed.
