Purchased a bed suite and I am very happy with the quality. Customer service was great and the bed suite was well wrapped for delivery. Installation is fairly straight forward. Overall, was very happy and it was nice to deal with a small business and not the major retailers.

I found Rococo Decor on Instagram. What an amazing, beautiful store this is. I have never had the pleasure of visiting as I live in Newcastle. I chose what I wanted on their website, called and spoke to Aisha one of the owners and was so happy with the conversation that we had. I was very worried at first by sending money down with not personally viewing the item that I chose and concerned it wasn't a real place. ( ridiculous I know ) So after speaking with Aisha I made the deposit and the following week my absolutey beautiful big piece of furniture arrived. Oh my god, I was in love. The quality is to perfection. So again this year I ordered to be made two more pieces, Aisha said they would be ready in May, but in February they were finished, I have had them delivered again by a very competent delivery truck and the way they were packaged was perfect as to keep the furniture safe on the truck. Again the quality is top notch. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. The only thing I would say is that if I had ever visited the store I would be very poor. Dani Sams.
