I've had an excellent experience with personalEYES at Liverpool. I've just had my 3rd follow up appointment post-operation and each so far has been quick and efficient. PersonalEYES Liverpool i highly recommend, I was able to get to see a specialist about 6 weeks earlier than others in my area. I was in need of cataract surgery, i was swiftly booked in for consolation, leading up to the consolation i received text messages stating mask are to be warn while in the clinic as well as one person / carer to assist transit etc, due to eyes would be dilated. ( some reviews prior knocked on these points) At the time of booking my first consultation at Liverpool the receptionist explained all costs including x-rays prior to attending first appointment. I was greeted to a welcoming environment, the receptionist was kind and well accommodating. I had all the pre-required consolations and x-rays and got to see Dr Rohan Gupta, who explained the whole process and was able to answer questions and concerns i had about cataract surgery. at no point was i or my carer rushed by any of the staff, nurses or Doctor Gupta. I booked in for the surgery of both eyes, and was able to get both eyes done before the other place recommend by the optimists writ the referral for original specialist location. I have had one eye done at the time of this review and am looking forward to getting the other done this coming week. The healing and aftercare provided on surgery day was excellent, with the doctor able to tell myself and carer whats required. At all times PresonalEYES Liverpool and PersoanlEYES Parramatta ( surgery location ) conducted a highly professional service. Highly recommend PersonalEYES

I've had a life changing (or eyes changing) experience with personalEYES, now I'm free from glasses; and with a lifetime warranty package, I don't have to worry about it anymore. The team at personalEYES was very professional and caring, the operation was conducted in a blink of an eye (no pun intended). There was no downtime post-op which was a huge plus. Highly recommended for everyone who would want to have your eyes corrected.

Fantastic experience with my mum’s cataract surgery for her right eye. Dr.Bala Chandra and team’s friendly approach and caring had made my mum’s cataract surgery a successful one .My mum was a bit stressed about undergoing the surgery in Australia for cataract as she was stuck in Aus due to covid and her left eye cataract surgery was done back in India before 2 years . But all went very well with a very great success and she is very happy now and extremely satisfied with the outcome . Ketki , the admin in charge was very helpful and was outstanding with the follow ups and assistance .
