Only giving 5 star because of the staff. They are so helpful and provide outstanding service to its customers. However, I always have issues with not enough coins for business who need this.
I just wanted to withdraw some cash today. There was only one customer in front of me. It took nearly 30 minites to my turn because the counter stucked some cash. More than 5 staffs there and they just didn't do the job. Some staff came back from coles shopping and went into back shop of nab directly even there were so many waiting customers in the queue.

Had a problem that had arisen. It was dealt with well with a good customer service representative.
One of the worst banks I've ever had to deal with. I don't even know were to begin in explaining the stress they have put me through for simply opening a bank account, making a withdrawal or making an appt. Workers whether in the branch or on the phone have caused me stress and severe anxiety. Just writing this right now and reliving it through my thoughts is causing me stress. Dont recommend visiting this branch at all.
