Excellent customer service!! Long waiting periods but that’s coz the Doctors take their time with patients. Dr Josie is my favorite, she is a great listener, speaks clearly with a client based approach. She is also very kind, understands client’s needs and will provide a solution to whatever problem you have. Not changing her anytime soon. Keep up the good work! Monisha is also an amazing, gentle and friendly nurse

I rang today to make appointment for my toddler. After calling Soo many times and waiting Soo long a lady finally answer the call. She was really rude and said we are fully booked out. I was asking for next day appointment and she just hung up on me. Pathetic If someone call to make an appointment kindly listen to the person patiencely.

Very unprofessional and rude reception staff. At many occasions, they have refused to assist with very basic enquiries in person and over the phone. They got no respect for an elderly person.

I have becoming to myhealth level 2 for over 4 years to see Dr Marcus, he is amazing he always tends to my 2 kids. My youngest son passed away 18 months ago and he has always made sure I'm okay, he has gone above and beyond for My mental health after losing my baby. And always makes time for my kids And I. He always works with professionalism, and he doesn't just rush you out the door he takes his time to listen to each patient. The reception staff are amazing too a t the front And the clinic is always well kept and clean

I have been seeing Dr Marcus for the last few months and have received excellent care from him. He is friendly, professional and pro-active about patient health/concerns. Generally there is a wait to see him (even with an appointment made) but it is worth it for the care received. My only criticism is the consistency of this practice (hence the 4 stars and not 5). Not all the GPs are as proactive and thorough as Dr Marcus. The nursing and reception staff are lovely here also.

Dr Rupali Pandey is one of the loveliest and most caring doctors I have ever dealt with. I am so happy to have her as my doctor throughout my pregnancy and into the future. One of the easiest medical centres to book into (just book online) small wait for appointments but that is to be expected at a bulk billing medical centre.
