I don't appreciate my time being wasted, and having my orders forgotten. Please tell your staff to follow for customers instead of ignoring them instead of playing on their phones. Don't recommend this place.

My partner is a big boy and the ladies ALWAYS HELP ME. In comparison to other johnny biggs I truly only ever go here because the ladies are super helpful and not up in my face. They have gone as far as go to other stores for shirts I want in particular. 10/10

Was here 2 weeks back, and the store girl was bizarre! She'd rather chat to her man friends over the counter then offer assistance. She looks at me and goes, "what you after". I was tempted to say GOLD!. Dealing with me she definitely wasn't happy and gave vibes she couldn't be bothered. Management, please get helpful cheerful staff who at least are not miserable. Why would any customer want to hear her talk? Especially with an attitude like that.

I had a great experience at this Johnny Bigg store. I can't speak highly enough of Renee, the staff member who served me. She was very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me put together a coordinated outfit. I usually dislike clothes shopping but Renee made my first experience at Johnny Bigg an enjoyable experience. In addition, the clothes are fantastic! Great quality, great range and very comfortable.

Been a couple of times, always good value but Tina has the best customer service I've come across friendly and always helps rather then standing there and suggesting help. Plus my girlfriend rang up with questions and asking to hold something again made the process a breeze.

Rather expensive for a retail outlet. All I wanted was a belt for my husband. They had 70% plastered all over their window but a black belt is at full price.
