Customer service was great, but I was trying to change the date of my appointment, was frustrating, never received the email to change it, cause I couldn't find my envelope with my receipts but other than that, the accountant was friendly, I was given the maximum without receipts, upon leaving I thought, I have emails with bills, receipts for my mobile, internet and other miscellaneous items, such as Hard drives and such..that was in hindsight. Hence the 3 stars -1 for not asking me, and -1 for not sending me that email, hope this is fair, I will continue to use H&R block regardless for its friendly and jovial staff

I continue to experience good, fast, affordable and professional service at the Liverpool branch of H & R Block and highly recommend them to anyone with either a simple or complex tax matter.

They are helpful. A bit pricey for a little work but they know what they are doing. It also takes way long for the return to enter my account compared to doing it yourself.

This is this first bad review I’ve ever written! Firstly they didn’t let me claim stuff that I was entitled to according to the ato website and I had to argue with them to put some stuff through. These were genuine receipts in my field of work! They told me that they understood military tax but went to give me back an amount that was thousands less than I was entitled too, (I get a good return due to a HELP debt) I then argued that it was wrong but they insisted that they were correct. When I refused the amount they went through there work and found out that they had made multiple mistakes. I then wrapped up the meeting with them and 40 minutes later when I was returning home I get a call from them telling me to come back because they forgot to get me to sign somthing... unbelievable!

Expect to be hung up on. If your serious about proffessional accounting. Avoid this joke.
