II am very thankful for the Doctors, Nursing team and reception in the Emergency Department. They saved my sons life and were all very compassionate and caring through-out the time he was there. The emergency department is always very busy and unfortunately they do look after the more life saving cases first. So we are very grateful as our son is still with us today. Most of us know if you go to the ED at a hospital and it's not deemed to be an emergency be prepared to wait. DON'T abuse the staff!!! Yes they may be short tempered at times but you don't walk in there shoes daily. Be more considerate of others and wait. Once again keep up the GREAT work on prioritising to save lives.

I don’t know what is this hospital. God will help us. We are hard medical staff as well but unfortunately I never seen like this bad hospital. 1: the people nearly die in front of the emergency department 2: old dirty equipments and mostly I don’t think it's work 3. The staff very poorly experience, because I’m dentist I can know that the staff in front of me very poor medically 4. They fear to make all required tests. 5. In my opinion this big mistake from us to come to this bad dirty unhelpful hospital 6. I could imagine that this hospital inside Australia

The lady that stands at the emergency entry with the R2D2 looking mobile computer is a miserable old hag But the guy with grey hair red shirt on shift last night at the entrance was helpful and calm. Thanks mate. Sorry you have to work with that thing

Imagine going into the emergency department with a broken foot and to wait over 5 hours for treatment. Had to wait an hour and a half just for pain killers. No sympathy from staff. Most of them have a non-serious attitude and just wanna pass you on to the next worker. It is understandable that your job is stressful but you're the first responders and you've got to have a bit of patience and politeness with the patients. Absolutely terrible service and would not recommend at all P.s we left without treatment

Worst emergency department I have ever been. I understand re long waiting time but what is frustrating is the lack of communication and follow up. Staff don't even bother to communicate with you, follow up on the analgesia that they gave you, and update you with the plan. On top of that very rude attitude from staff side .really frustrating and disappointing ..

Truly have no idea why it took such a long time for waiting. Very poor service and management. All things look such a mess.

I had such a pleasant experience in my visit at the antenatal clinic - was looked after by Emily Dodd who was so caring and supportive. An absolute GEM, thank you!
