I went there for a neck and shoulder massage 10 months ago. I was on the massage table for 10 minutes when the lady came in. She suddenly pressed me very hard on the " ribs" with her right elbow and cracked 3 ribs .We both heard the loud ' cracking " noise. I was suddenly in a lot of pain and couldn't move. She did apologise. I never received the neck/ shoulder massage. However when I informed the owner/ receptionist she just ignored me. No apologies , not even a refund !! Never returned there and never will. Worst place for any kind of massage.

Been here for years but unfortunately one of the ladies there lowered my expectations. Usually they provide the best remedial massages. She kept speaking to her colleague on the other side, leaving me unattended on the table for about 4 times, stroke some oil on me with no pressure or effort. Then, as she was finishing the somewhat massage session, she kept digging her fingers into my neck with obvious friction while pausing to concentrate on her phone. worst experience ever..
Worst customer service !! Been here many times and have only just had one bad experience. I tried to explain to the lady I didn’t like what she was doing (was very rough, not enough oil so her skin was practically rubbing on my skin, and just overall not relaxing at all and worst experience ever) That wasn’t even the bad part, I complained to the lady at the front and she pretended she didn’t hear me 4 times then replied with “I’m so sorry, that will be 30 please” Was very rude and didn’t care about my complaint. The horrible massage wasn’t stoppping me from coming back but the horrible customer service after that is.
Tried to call to lodge a complaint however number just disconnects. I visited with a friend on Saturday 15.06.19 for a 30 min remedial massage, I had Tani as the massassue. After I left I felt discomfort in my lower back, I didn't think much of it until the day after when I could not stand, bend or walk properly. I visit a specialist and was advised my spine had been twisted from the massage which was causing all the pain. It's now Wednesday and I'm still in so much pain. I had to take time off work and pay out of pocket expenses to see physio to realign my spine. I went in healthy and came out with this issue. Extremely dissatisfied with the service!
I’ve been going to this place since 2012. Over all they have amazing people to massage, I’ve had one or 2 ladies who did not do their job well but other wise all good. My favorite ladies are tina and Kia. Tina is absolutely amazing
Went for a full body massage today and had the worst experience! Not only was the lady massaging so quickly and rushing, she kept pressing so hard onto my bone whilst I can feel her nails digging into my skin even though I told her to be gentle. I came home feeling more sore and I had scratch marks and bruises on both my arms.
