Great prices. Much cheaper the JB Hifi and EB Games. Brilliant warranty on all consoles and phones (2 years) plus a 48 hr change of mind policy. Will return.

Dropped in a couple of boxes of wii console and games to trade was told I would receive a phone call on the next day. Did not receive a phone call so walked back in on the second day and meet with "oh we were going to ring you later today give us 10 mins to finish the trade" 2 hours later it was finally finished and received and oh sorry for the wait. If this was eb games it would have been done while you wait. Only reason I didn't go there was because they don't take wiis

Scummy practices, such as selling PS5 consoles for nearly double the RRP, preying on those who are desperate to acquire one by price gouging. Just as bad as the scalpers but even grubbier due to being an established business.

Great service, awesome collection of electric goods and media. Great place to grab games and movies as well as any numerous number of phones and entertainment devices for good prices. Items are listed and graded according to a stringent criteria and have never been disappointed with any item I've received from CeX. They also have great trade in prices for vouchers or cash with the option for direct bank payments. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always down to help respectful customers. Awesome service and would recommend due to their great resell prices, trade in prices as well as amazing customer friendly policies to ensure you end up with what you want. Definitely take note of their ability to return their movies in order to grab another one which they activity encourage.

Staff are kind, this place is great for buying DVDs and video games, but be careful when you buy consoles, controllers etc. One time a guy came in to sell his old x-box one controller, it had major driftage and the staff member told him he couldn't take it, but he did say "if you manage to get it working for the five minutes that I check it, ill take it" meaning, they're fine with knowingly taking broken items and reselling them as if they're perfectly fine. Beware
