When I go to a Burger place, I believe the burger I eat is to be the best thing on the menu. I have no intent in being rude, this is just the fact of the matter. The burger I received... well... Is open for improvement...... Not only that, the fries and wings shouldn't be better than the burger. I would give this a 1 star, but I gave it a 2 for friendly customer service.

Lovely food. And lovely service from Abby. Great tasty burgers. The Cuban Club was awesome also! My son absolutely loved his vegitarian burger also!

I ordered online received my ordered 1 hour after order an live within 5 minutes. Once i received my order it was in a plastic bag that made the food sooky an wet from condensation. The curly fries felt like they have been just taken out of the fridge an put in a box they were that cold. I called the store to make a complaint the manager stated to me he knew it was cold an still sent it out he can not help that an if i have a complaint i should be calling someone who is cares. Very very poor customer service. Definitely not recommend

It could’ve been just a one off thing but first impressions matter. My food was cold but I was starving so I ate it anyways as there’s a sign that says everything is cooked fresh. I ate as much of the food as I could (I was starving and when you’re that hungry you’ll eat anything). I ended up throwing up about an hour later. Don’t want to be rude to the business but that was the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had. Either hire new employees to cook fresh food or atleast be truthful about cooking everything fresh.
