Said yes can repair my amp, problem was distortion on front right channel (only noticable threw a tweeter) so hour and a half drive and a 100 just to drop it off! Said itll take 2 weeks! Never go there! Store is dark and depressing, extremely clutered with over priced mediocre electronics! Asian guys nice and tryed to sound helpfull but was obvious all staff lact passion. After me following up every couple weeks they finaly called me up after a whole month! saying "theres no problem, we cant hear any distortion"!So i buy new headunit new speakers etc costing me close to 2000 pick the amp up and its an extra 50. Super excited to have my 20yr old 3000 amp finaly running clearly, while installing i notice the shell/exterior case for the amp is on backwards! So i open it up to flip it and find whats probly 20years dust build up that i just blew off! (They didnt even clean the dust off) (this is incooling grills and around fan!) Installed the amp turn the music on and Instantly OBVIOUS as it ever was the DISTORTION on the Front Right Tweeter! A whole month and 150 for them to put the shell of the amp on the wrong way! Not to mention close to 2000 on new gear! Worst thing is i missed out on being able to buy a second one at the time for 800 and if theyd just said no idv saved lots and lots of money! Its the last amp USA Soundstream manufactured before it was done elsewhere its also hand build being only 100 or so made very disappointed i miss out on a replacement and a fully working amp.

Had my NAD amplifier repaired by these guys. My amp was repaired quickly and I was given sound advice of the likely cause of the damage (power surge). When I collected my amp, I was given additional information regarding the repair and an itemised breakdown of the parts required for the repair. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. I had my Pioneer VSX S-300 slim receiver serviced here as its a authorized service center and it was under warranty from Dick Smith. As my problem with my receiver was small it was done in 2 days. I really like the fact that they message you by sms to let you know that it is ready. I will always go here now if there are any problems with my Pioneer products.Highly recommend this place.
