Visited Live In Spirit today and can I just say this place offers a variety of things from all the supplies you need for candles, soaps etc. to having your very own candle classes! My visit here was very welcoming and can I just say a massive thank you to all the staff here, you have all been a great help and I appreciate the amount of knowledge and experience you all have when explaining things to me, knowing I am just a beginner. I Could not be happier, it is such a great environment and there was EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Highly recommend Live In Spirit, I will be sure to tell all my family and friends about you guys!!!!!

Went there to buy a starter kit to start making soap. First of all the lady working there had no friken customer service what so ever. Didn't explain nothing to us considering were buying a starter kit so you would know we have no idea what were doing so it'd be nice to give us some tips and tricks to start off. Paid 66 for a box of plastic moulds and some instructions. Absolutely poor customer service and terrible experience. Please get someone in there that has knowledge of soaps and candles and can actually explain what to do.
Friendly staff and I thought the course was great! My friend and I completed the course a few years ago now and still going strong with our candle making! Pity some people didn't appreciate the experience the staff have with candle making! Maybe they needed a more one on one, or asked more questions if they found it difficult! I recommend this course to anyone thinking of making candles. You can always give the girls a call if you're having any difficulties!
Great environment, great knowledge and amazing customer service!
Firstly, way overpriced! I recommend shopping around as i had purchased with them and paid triple the amount. Secondly, the course completed with them was a complete fail too. They even missed out on providing students with relevant information that was not covered in candle making at Live In Spirit. Thats what i paid for afterall!! After numerous failed attempts of soy candle making, I finally decided i wasn't going to give up, so i booked another candle making course else where.. and the outcome... My candles finally smell amazing and look great too. So thanks live in spirit for being quick to take my money and failing to provide me and many others with how to make proper scented soy candles. Given a 1 star purely because they are overpriced and there courses are not taught correctly. Id give no stars if i could.
Really friendly and helpful staff, great classes and products. Scents are amazing and so strong.
Good if you want to make jar candles or diffusers. Sad little box of pillar moulds compared to their old range.
