As unhelpful as possible, when I really needed help.
Staff more than energetic to sign you up to a new plan and mobile phone using all the sales pitches. Mind you forget to advise and provide contract terms, instead push to sell accessories you don't need to increase their sale. When issue or questions with new contract arise the next day wipe their hands of any assistance and direct to the call centre as not their problem.
I've been into both Lismore stores over the time I've been with Optus & have had excellent service every time. Today Caitlin went "above & beyond" what my daughter & I were expecting in solving her phone problem. My daughter (12) commented to me as we were leaving how fantastic she spoke & how helpful Caitlin was. Her service & product knowledge far exceeded our expectations & we will certainly be using Optus & the Optus shop @ Lismore Square for as long as Caitlin is a team member there.
Hot and cold. So inconsistent; I’ve had fantastic service there before but today the 2 staff members I dealt with (1 being the same person whom I was previously happy with) were dismissive and rude. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews.... but here I am. It was that disappointing.
Staff are always very helpful.
Donna and all the staff were as always exceptional. They were attentive, friendly and polite. Its why I stay with Optus because of the customer service in the Lismore branches.
Love Optus always someone nice to help you and no what there talking about.
