Contacted them for a clear glass replacement. 69cm x 49cm they told me they would be charging overtime rates and the wait was 5/6weeks. Costs 450-500?? Contacted another supplier they quoted 120 last time I had a window replaced i was charge 80. Miscommunication? or grossly overpriced?

My Husband and I had wanted to close in our back outdoor area with Glass Doors for quite some time but had concerns as to weather it could be done as we wanted it. We visited Lickiss Fabrication Lismore and right from walking into their showroom felt we had come to the right place. We arranged an appointment with Troy to do an onsite visit to which he did & we both felt we had been listened to and the job was booked. From the arrival of the team the day of fitting we were so impressed with the Professional attuide by all workers & the absolute Professional workmanship. We are extremely happy with our new area & would not hesitate to have Lickiss Fabrication Lismore in the future. The Cakes & Coffee wasn't bad either. And of course Mr Monty Dog as Supervisor. Absolute fantastic customer service! Tegan was able to help me with a short turn around time, to manufacture a one off window for some unexpected repairs... and with all this rain that we have been having very fortunate to have it in and water tite.
Today we received excellent service from a team that really cares. We had a couple of broken glass doors and the Lickiss team went out of their way to make sure it was repaired within a few hours, even though they were short staffed. Thank you to the great team at Lickiss.
