Several years ago i went to look for parts and info about a complicated plumbing job. I took a while to sort of the solution and the guy working there wanted to charge for the time spent helping me at the counter. Didn't expect that.

I was away and a small drain pipe broke in my shop. One of my employees went to reece. He made the part up for her and got us fully sorted. Thankyou Brian @ Reece
