Appreciate the new team at Link Housing after we had a rough patch earlier with our property management. Mayra Paez has really been very helpful and responsive every time we have asked her for any help with our maintenance request. She's been one promising factor for us to stay put and hope for a more positive experience with the agency.

We have been working closely with Link to provide door to door transport solutions for their Link residents. So far the Operations teams have been working together to coordinate some terrific trips to combat social isolation. Great professional organisation to work with. We look forward to a continued working relationship. Great teamwork!

The worst real estate in the world. Rude and arrogant staff. When you speak to your property manager you aren't able to talk to him again. He is out of office for ever. Unprofessional and rude and Crook people.

TENANTS BEWARE! Unfortunately, I cannot mark my review as 0 stars or I would do so. I was in a property for about 11 months with Link Housing as the agents and had a horrible experience the entire time. I requested extra security when we first moved in as one neighbor walked straight into my house - I received a reply from the agent saying this would be done and it never was. Then, upon leaving the apartment, WE had to pay THEM for extra cleaning even though we already thoroughly cleaned the apartment. We also NEVER had an inspection the entire time we were there so we had no idea the apartment was not up to their standard and given NO opportunity to rectify anything (which is against the law!!) I was not going to leave a review until I read all the others - again, TENANTS BEWARE!!!!!! they WILL NOT help you. One agent was nice enough on the phone but refused to ever follow through with what he promised. Do not move forward with this agency.

Anytime when your going to fix the broken door, and fix the dangerously hazardous wiring in all the rooms, as it stands, miller street had the firebrigade around 2nd time, or will i be silent again for speacking out that the house is in danger of a fire regardless of the alarms....here how it is..ive switch off my aircon and then its started on by itself...over the last 3 days...then it happens that the room next door, has the alarm goin off, when the brigade turn up, the room is full of smoke.... sounds if it needs Urgent repairs, and lives at stake...so will i be silent again for speacking out...please do your job..13 years is a longtime to live here, and im deaf, be silly for me to phone you, all 5 housing managers, havnt been helpful in the least.....let alone wait...untill theres a real fire...because there will. point taken

I would like to thank Celiann Fofoga-Tupai for all her help these past few months. I have had a lot of problems and she was very kind and understanding with my situation. She took responsibility from day 1 and assured me everything will be sorted. I can't thank her enough. All housing offices, need kind hearted people like her. Thank you again, much appreciated.

The people in this office are horrible. They are cruel to disabled tenants behind their backs, they have a terrible attitude towards their staff and they are arrogant. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

Tenants, be careful with Link housing if you want to see your bond ever . Although we used their preferred end-of-lease cleaning agency to guarantee a swift release of our bond, Link housing has been manipulating us into paying an additional fee for the carpet (although in good condition and carpets have been depreciated to 0.00 value in taxation in 5 years ) to release the bond faster. The law stipulates that you do NOT have to pay any cleaning fee for the carpet at the end of the lease if in good condition and/or no pets. She promised to release the bond after payment of that fee which she didn’t do and we had to wait 3 weeks for automatic release. 913 out of pocket for 2 weeks. Link housing is a liar and a manipulator.
