In all my years of deling with different registries I have never came accross such inefficient, unprofessional and unresposive company. I will report this to the company I invest with so that they can take it further

I have tried 4 times to phone to query correspondence received, only to listen to royalty-free "music" for 20-30 minutes each time. I know everyone is busy in COVID times, but this is totally unprofessional. Surely not a big deal for them to capture my phone number and call back? Glad I'm not customer (and not likely to be!)
Awful service. Unable to change bank details despite ringing up, waiting an hour, and undergoing all the verification. Advised that will send me security code via mail. Two weeks later. Still nothing. Poor and somewhat cold customer service.
unfortunately had to deal with them. poor customer service . customer service doesn't exists . still waiting for dividend , no communication whatsoever. rarely seen such unprofessional s in western world . if i got an option would like to stay away from like plague
They take forever to process anything. The phone system is a voice input nightmare. And then you have to repeat all the information to the person anyway. They never contact you, always chasing, chasing, chasing to get something done. "3-5 days to process".... riiiiight... so what do they do all day other than wait for calls to chase up stuff they haven't done? Avoid at all costs.
I've requested access to log into my account which they can only provide by mail. My address was out of date, I needed to fill in a form to change it. They have a policy where they need to wait 10 business days to change the account. Then a further 10 business days before they can mail out the information. That's 1 month!! Its been 6 weeks and I am still waiting for my login details!!!!!!
