Amazing store for chocolate lovers. They had variety of chocolates and amazing gift packs. My favourite was the one with chilli. The best part was most of the stock was sold at 50% discount or more. The staff was very helpful and eager to help and also gave suggestions on what to gift kids.

Positive: They do offer the experience of pick your own chocolates. Negative: 1) for some items we realised that we could have bought the exact same thing at Woolworths. 2) No place to sit if you choose to buy coffee. We had to squat in the parking lot and have the coffee Pastry.

The gentleman serving us in the small electrical area was so efficient. Very good service and price matched the appliance we were after. An excellent experience.

It is nice and clean. I just wish they have a small cafe type area there where people can hang out and actually eat the chocolates and drink hot the coffee and hot chocolate that they have on offer. Hubby and I bought a hot milk and dark chocolate drinks and it was divine. We were offered the chocolate cake but I declined because I didn't know how to eat it while holding the bags of chocolates we got. I could have brought it to the car but it's not the same. I wonder if they allow people in the chocolate factory though... I would love that type of a tour!!

Do not waste your time. I just planned my day today, took nearly two hours on public transport to visit this place and was prepared for buying hips of chocolate. It turns out that EVERYTHING COSTS minimum 20% MORE than in the supermarket. The big boxes that are for sale in Coles/Wollies from 20 to 10 dollars frequently, believe it or not cost 25 dollars at the Outlet Factory! Another example, the small bags that are ALWAYS on sale from 8 to 5 dollars in Coles/Wollies, cost 9 there! Noting costs less. Absolutely no-thing. The staff is very friendly and they pretend they have no idea how much things cost there. Even the items that are on clearance or "sale" cost MORE than in Coles. For example some assorted big bags are for sale from 24 to 14.00 However I paid 10 on Coles. I left there without one single purchase because as I am not a clown, as soon as I get to Manly I will buy all the chocolate I want for half price and will NEVER get back to Marsden Park. If you live near the city I recommend you going to Lindt in Martin Place. They cost much much less than you will find in the Outlet Factory. That's all folks!

Great selection at factory prices, but you have to get a hot chocolate, heaven in a cup
