The two people behind the counter at Lindt Fashion Spree, Liverpool on Friday afternoon 16th April were so wonderful, generous, patient and helpful. I was so flustered with using my wrong credit cards then forgetting my PIN etc etc but they were super lovely and encouraging. Excellent customer service, especially for a Friday afternoon at 5pm. Prices and discounts here are the best I've come across. But it's the service that makes me happy to drive 30min out of my way to come here over the other outlets.

I just Loved the variety available and the prices compared with what you can get in your local supermarket. Excellent customer service, with special thanks to Amina (sorry if I misspelt her name), she was very friendly and helpful. I planned to buy just 100g and ended up with a full box :) thank you staff

Amazing staff. They are so friendly. There is a guy who makes cofee. He came over and spoke with my 2 year child and also gave her some chocolates. 5 stars for having such amazing staff. We bought more than we were expecting to buy. 5 stars.

Prices are hilarious. Somehow 50% off is still about 15-25% more expensive than anywhere else is normally. And 10 for a milkshake? are you high?

Amazingly friendly staff with awesome service...Definitely recommend Lindt for great gift ideas... Nikki made me a custom gift hamper (with no notice...soz) but she smashed out the park and had so much wow factor...I got such awesome reaction when I handed over the gift... Thank you so much Nikki
