Staff are unattentive and unhelpful and rude. It seems like they do not understand 'customer service. I will avoid this store until it improves.

The range of things haberdashery, materials, curtain wear etc is OK. Not extensive but adequate. There's really no competition nearby. I bought some curtains on half price sale which I was happy with. But there was only 2 colours to choose from. Staff are always a bit ho hum. Not friendly or overly helpful.
Love love love this place. It's better than spotlight as you get point for things that you buy once your a member. Which you can receive vouchers. To spend in the store. Free underground parking. Great place to have lunch. Like I said I love love love love love it
