Went there for the first time and OMG! So many things, pricing is great too. nothing is too expensive. Staff is friendly and helps locate things. Would recommend everyone to visit

Very disappointed with the level of service and care. I was in lincraft seven hills with my 90 year old mother. Mum was buying a sewing machine and asked for assistance with this and some accessories. The sales woman ( who appeared as the most senior member ) was dismissive and quite obviously did not want to help my Mum. Surely a few minutes to assist an older lady who is using a walking frame to make some purchases and give some information, would have been a little kinder.

" Sale" for manchester pretty disappointing. Not much range, or actually on sale that I could find. What's happened? Used to love this place.. Staff helpful, though. Full marks for customer service.

we could have just walked out with stock. no one maning the front counter. Rang the bell and waited for the cashier.
Good store , but service can be a bit slow !
Not much Lincraft around in sydney. Lucky us one in seven Hills shopping center. Thumbs up
