My wife and I purchased a queen size Austen bed a month ago. Unfortunately I was a little careless in moving the bed out of the room for renovations and snapped one of the legs off. Thankfully after a quick phone call, Life Interiors mentioned that they would check warehouse stock and would email me for the best time for delivery and costing etc. The best part was that after confirming the stock was available, life interiors recognized the importance of going above and beyond to build brand loyalty and offered the new leg free of charge!

Such beautiful furniture, paired with great customer service! When I noticed that a piece of the bed I purchased had a fault, Life Interiors kindly offered to send a replacement, it was such a seamless experience. I'm looking forward to adding more beautiful pieces from this company to my home.
I bought Austen Queen Bed with life Interiors in queen size for our teen daughter. Good value and when we put it together it seemed nice and solid. Had it a few weeks now and still seems just as good. Teen loved it, hubby says it was easy to put together and I would recommend it to others.
If I could select zero stars I would. What an absolute joke of a business. I can't believe something like this is allowed to operate in Australia. Where do I start. I purchased two side tables mid June 2020 and did not get a delivery date on my invoice. For the past 12 weeks I have been repeatedly attempting to contact the store via email and phone but all went unanswered. This week, a friend of mine in the CBD was kind enough to attend the actual shop and ask about my order. The store person advised they were in stock and would now look to dispatch them. Lo and behold, the next day the side tables arrived - both with large cracks on the sides and the tops broken off (photos attached say it all). One look at the cheap, flimsy packaging and you understand why (photo also attached). Again, I attempted to contact the store via their phone number today but it went unanswered with wait times "over an hour". Its been well "over an hour" with no call back as promised by the automated system. I'm not waiting around as I didn't have any luck with getting returned calls over a 12-week period! The only option they leave me is to do this review and lodge a complaint with Fair Trading but I'm worried as I'm waiting on a bed frame from the company. My advice to all - stay away from this company! FYI - this is my first online review of a business - that's how bad it is.
Storage Bench Good looking Comfy I bought this along with matching armchair and absolutely LOVE it. It comes assembled, and the top comes off for some storage (not a lot, but magazines or something will fit). Great colour, soft and comfortable and always gets lots of positive comments.
I have purchased quite a few items here. My bed, an armchair, and 3 paintings with 2 still on the way. The first time when I bought the bed, I knew I am going to shop here going forward because the service. You are talking to lovely human pretty much every time. When you buying big items like furnitures, this assures you a lot, isn’t it. I would recommend.
Very satisfied The unit arrived as promised on time and in good condition The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Putting it together was easy, all holes and fittings aligned perfectly, not like some other 'fantastic' products. The drawers themselves are perfect and extremely good value, couldn't be more satisfied.
