Efficient and timely service. Went above and beyond, as they always do. Service completed by the exact time they advised it would be. Friendly staff who actually listen. I asked if they could look at a small cosmetic issue, not only did they fix that, they adjusted my clock to the correct time without me asking them to AND gave my car a wash! I won't get a service anywhere else.

I always get my car serviced at Lilydale Nissan where we purchased this X Trail and the previous one. I am very happy with all the staff and mechanics. This time my car was dirty when I took it in and they gave it a good wash and even blackened the tyres. It looks like a new car!!
